Squad LogoGeneration Run believes running should be a fun, safe and accessible activity for all. We provide everyone with the opportunity to train under the guidance of Β a qualified and experienced coach, regardless of age or ability. We encourage and inspire one another to reach our own personal goals and to run for the love of running. Come along and share our infectious passion for running in a friendly, non-competitive environment and become a ‘Gen Runner’ today!

With the current COVID-19 situation and regulations placed on social gathering, Gen Run Squad group and private training is currently ‘on-hold’ until further notice.
We are however, very active on our social media sites and encourage you all to partake in our Virtual Zoom Strength Sessions which are open to all and FREE several times a week.
Please feel free to contact us for further information at this time. We are still available to assist with running programs, session setting, and strength improvement.
Stay happy and healthy and ‘Keep Running’!

Hi Bec. We spoke on Friday morning and afternoon as I crossed the school crossing and quized you about your GenRun car! Got up yesterday and went for my first run after a long break. Going to back it up with another one. The little chat gave me some confidence and got me pumped! Thanks shan

Good afternoon, I am wondering which area do you have group running sessions and time and days?? I am getting back into running I have really struggled for 12 months but finally found out I have rheumatoid arthritis. There are days I can’t run if my ankles are swollen but I am not willing to give up..

    • Hi Kelly, Just responding here in hope that you received the email I sent you earlier this week regarding your questions πŸ™‚ I do hope we shall see you training soon. Please let me know if I can assist with any further queries regarding the Gen Run Squad that you may have.
      Kind Regards,
